Hi Patsy,
Sure, we have no problem with this as long as the terms that you're listing are all accurate.
Thanks so much for reaching out about this and good luck with your project! :)

HelloI would like to seek permission to use, as an audio background, Shiny Toy Guns song" You Are The One" in a Media Studies British A-Level class project. The class project would feature me using the song in a video that will not be used for any commercial gain. The content of my music video and accompanying song will not be used to slander anyone or have any misleading comments or statements about the authors, creators or record label. The work will be reproduced in a video that I will be making for educational purposes. In the video I assure you that I will be including the source of the song and the name of the authors and I will also be seeking the correct copyright licenses to administer the content of the video on to the internet website YouTube. I will not include derogatory, discriminatory or racist meanings in the entire video; that would harm the image of the record label or authors/creators. If I do get permission for use of the song, I will also ask or try to obtain a license from the copyright licensing agency and/or from the educational recording agency. I will also be making two hard copies of the video accompanied with the song. The first copy will be left with me and the second copy will be sent to my teacher, John Matthews at Havering College of Further and Higher education; who will send it to the examiner. The two hard copies will be made by me and no one else. I plan to use my account on YouTube, to allow people to gain a limited link to the content of the video with your permission. In the video I will also not be using copyrighted material such as posters, magazines etc without seeking the permission and consent of those companies or creators. Along with the song and video will also accompany the title of the publication and the authors name etc. If you wish to ask questions please contact me on my email address: patsykatejones@hotmail.co.uk or my mobile number 07949857127. If you wish to verify this, please call my college, Havering College on 01708 462801 and ask for John Matthews or Toby Marshall about the A2 media class project.Thank you.Patsy Jones
